1.AT WHAT POINT DO YOU THINK SOMEONE SHOULD CALL THEMSELVES A WRITER?

There is no particular age or formal education needed to become a writer. Writing is a passion. Writing is a skill. It is a creative language, a nurturing of art that is being fulfilled

2.WHAT DIFFERENCE DO YOU SEE BETWEEN A WRITER AND AN AUTHOR?

Anyone can be considered a writer. A writer can write for anyone. But an author is one whose work has been published and has been credited officially

3. HAVE YOU EVER CONSIDERED WRITING UNDER A PSEUDONYM, AND WHY OR WHY NOT?

No. I write Inspirational poetry centered around my life experiences.

4.WHAT DO THE WORDS “WRITER’S BLOCK” MEAN TO YOU?

I have been asked this question quite often, but for me, there is no writer’s block. Writing is a skill. There are different styles of writing. It is either you can write or you cannot write. The inspiration will flow. It is up to one to listen to that inspiration and roll with it. When the thoughts stop, then you stop. The problem is that people try to force the inspiration or the flow of their thoughts. Take a break. Walk away. The thoughts will come back timely.

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS AND DEAL WITH NEGATIVE BOOK REVIEWS?

I give gratitude and keep my thoughts in a positive light to attract positive opinions to my work.

6.ARE THERE THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS TO MODELING A CHARACTER AFTER SOMEONE YOU KNOW?

I write inspirational poetry about my life experiences. My work touches lives, allows one to look deep within their inner self.

7.WHAT IS THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF YOUR WRITING PROCESS?

Most difficult for me was learning how to put my poetry in a book and on the computer in the template. I self published.
